ASAREH MANSOORI MANAGING DIRECTOR

Renowned for her exceptional expertise and dynamic leadership in the mining industry, Asareh is a qualified Mining Engineer with a remarkable track record spanning 17 years. Her proficiency encompasses exploration, project development, production optimization, M&A, reserve estimation, asset evaluation, and sustainability practices across diverse minerals and resources. From gold, copper, Iron Ore, Cobalt, and Lithium, to REE, she has successfully navigated the complexities of each commodity, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.

Her extensive experience and contributions have left an indelible mark on the sector, positioning her as a trailblazer in the traditionally male-dominated field. Throughout her distinguished career, she has consistently demonstrated a unique blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of African mining landscapes.  Asareh’s ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams is a cornerstone of her success.

REBECCA MORGAN TECHINCAL DIRECTOR

Rebecca is a Non-Executive Director, Manager, Geologist, Mining Engineer, and Consultant with over 20 years experience in the primary resources sector.  She is a seasoned mining professional experienced across all sectors of the resource industry (operations, exploration, consulting, corporate finance, commodity research, business analysis, and project valuation).

She is an expert in project due diligence who specializes in strategic thinking driven by a relentless an instinctive drive to develop solutions for operations, build teams, and remove silo mentalities across organisations.

Rebecca is a qualified Geologist and Mining Engineer with professional industry experience spanning a wide range of commodities across six (6) continents.

Rebecca is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG), the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), and an Affiliate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

 

MATTHEW ALLEN – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Matthew Allen is a highly qualified and accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 12 years of extensive experience in Fixed and Mobile Plant Maintenance within the Oil and Gas, Mining, and Resource industries. With a diverse international background spanning Canada, Australia, Guinea, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Matthew has honed his skills and expertise in delivering exceptional results across various challenging environments. His depth of knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining both fixed and mobile plant equipment has consistently ensured the smooth and efficient operations of critical assets in some of the world’s most demanding industrial settings. A key area of Matthew’s specialization lies in plant upgrades to align with industry-standard safety measures.

PHILIPPUS SCHOEMAN – CONSULTANT

Philip is an accomplished Civil Engineer with an impressive career spanning over three decades (35 years) in the fields of mining and civil engineering.  Philip is a seasoned expert renowned for his comprehensive knowledge, remarkable contributions to complex engineering projects, and his ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

In the mining sector, Philip has played a pivotal role in the development of sustainable and efficient mining operations. With a keen understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards, he has consistently delivered projects that meet rigorous compliance requirements while addressing the unique needs of each project’s stakeholders.

He is not only recognized for his technical acumen but also for his mentorship of junior engineers and contribution to professional associations.

SOPHIA ADAMOPOULOS CONSULTANT

Sophia is a qualified Geologist with over 25 years of experience and a demonstrated history of managing geology and engineering teams. Sophia’s experience spans a variety of commodities across  South-East Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, Central Asia, and Australia.

Specialising in mining geology at open pit mining operations, Sophia has demonstrated proficiency across various project stages, embraced automation, prioritized team development and safety, and consistently delivered results.

Sophia’s experience encompasses multiple stages of mining projects, from brownfields exploration to feasibility projects, commissioning, and operational system setup. She possesses a well-rounded understanding of the entire mining lifecycle, from early exploration to full-scale production.

Sophia is a CP (geology) of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

FREDDY LOKONGA – CONSULTANT

Freddy is an experienced mining engineer with a strong background in surface mining operations. Proficient in various key areas including scheduling, pit optimization and design, drill and blast techniques, load and haul operations, tailings management, surveying, hydro sluicing, and reserve estimation. Expertise in optimizing pit layouts and designs to maximize resource extraction while ensuring operational efficiency. Skilled in implementing effective drill and blast strategies to ensure safe and productive excavation processes. Adept at managing load and haul operations to streamline material movement and achieve production targets. Knowledgeable in tailings management practices to ensure environmental compliance and sustainability. Experienced in surveying techniques to accurately monitor and control mining operations. Proficient in hydro sluicing methods for effective material handling. Capable of conducting thorough reserve estimations to inform decision-making processes.

Freddy is highly proficient in using Datamine, Surpac, Whittle, MineSched, Minemax, Haul Infinity and Microsoft Office Suite.

                      SIMON TRINH – CONSULTANT

Mining Engineering – Technical Services
Simon is a Mining Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Technical Services in Mining Industry. His primary expertise is in feasibility studies of metalliferous open pits with focus on optimization, design, scheduling, haulage analysis and cost modelling. Simon has worked both as a consultant as well as Senior mining engineer for various Mining companies in Australia. He has successfully completed numerous secondment assignment where he has developed high functioning systems and been directly involved in staff training to achieve high engineering and safety standards.
Simon s highly proficient in using Datamine, Surpac, Whittle, MineSched, Minemax, Haul Infinity, Rapid Reserver, CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Mine2-4D and Ventsim.
