ASAREH MANSOORI MANAGING PARTNER

Asareh is a Mining Engineer with over 13 years’ experience in the mining industry working with junior, mid-tier and large organisations in four (4) continents, where she held several upper management and leadership roles. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of CMT in Morocco and was previously holding general manager operation roles in Australia and DR Congo. She has a proven capacity to work within changing and challenging environments, and is skilled in business strategic planning, corporate governance, resource and reserve evaluation, project due diligence, and M&A. She possesses a very high level of people management skills and a strong understanding of the different cultures among different communities. She is an active advocate for a “Resilient Safety Culture” and “Lean” Principles (continuous improvement) and has an ability to respond creatively to new challenges and unique programmers and projects. Asareh has an unrestricted Quarry Manager’s Certificate of Competency, WA, Australia, and is a member of Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

REBECCA MORGAN ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Rebecca is a geologist and mining engineer with over 18 years’ professional industry experience spanning a wide range of commodities across six (6) continents.
She has worked for a variety of junior, mid-tier and large international mining companies, and was previously the Non-Executive Technical Director for Koppar Resources (resigned 2019). She is an expert in project due diligence and specializes in strategic thinking driven by a relentless and instinctive drive to develop solutions for operations, build teams, and remove silo mentalities across organisations.
She has experience across all sectors of the resource industry including operations, corporate, exploration, consulting, corporate finance, commodity research, business analysis, and project valuation. She has post graduate qualifications in Mine Engineering from Curtin University in Western Australia, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG), the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallulurgy (AusIMM), and an Affiliate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

MATTHEW ALLEN – CONSULTANT

Project Management and Plant Maintenance
Matthew is a qualified, highly motivated, and reliable Mechanical Engineer with +12 years’ experience in Fixed and mobile plant Maintenance in Oil and Gas as well as Mining industry in Canada, Australia and DR Congo. He also has a track record in successfully delivering medium scale projects such as CIL tank full repair, Modular Crusher installation, Hydro mining system installation and commissioning. Matthew also specializes in mobile and fixed plant upgrade for compliance to industry standard safety measures, Optimization of Ground Engagement Tools (GET) and crushing and screening optimization.

Simon is a Mining Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Technical Services in Mining Industry. His primary expertise is in feasibility studies of metalliferous open pits with focus on optimization, design, scheduling, haulage analysis and cost modelling. Simon has worked both as a consultant as well as Senior mining engineer for various Mining companies in Australia. He has successfully completed numerous secondment assignment where he has developed high functioning systems and been directly involved in staff training to achieve high engineering and safety standards.
Simon s highly proficient in using Datamine, Surpac, Whittle, MineSched, Minemax, Haul Infinity, Rapid Reserver, CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Mine2-4D and Ventsim.
